Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • United States: Estimated 7–14 business days
  • International: Estimated 10–21 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Damages North Fleece is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
