Returns & Refunds
We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition — tags attached, original packaging intact. Keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
How to start a return Log in to your account at https://account.northfleece.com/orders and submit a return request. If you checked out with a phone number only, use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead. Items sent back without an approved request will not be accepted.

Damages & defects Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can sort it out.
Non-returnable items We don't accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom/personalized products.
Exchanges We don't process direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order for the one you want — it's the fastest way to get what you're after.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few extra days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at Support@northfleece.com.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal
EU customers have the right to cancel or return any order within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason.
How to cancel or return Log in at https://account.northfleece.com/orders to submit your request. If you checked out with a phone number only, use the return link in your SMS order confirmation. You can cancel any order before it's fulfilled directly through your account.

Refunds Approved returns are refunded in full, including the standard outbound shipping cost you paid, to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return.
